Amenities include but not limited to...
1. Thirty two stall facility with two additional foaling stalls
2. All weather outdoor riding arena
3. Extra wide aisle way used for indoor training
4. Seven cross-tie saddling and grooming stations
5. Open tack storage located at the end of cross-tie area
6. Two wash bays equipped with hot and cold water
7. On site washer and dryer for equine laundry needs
8. Heated observation room and restroom complete with shower
9. Office and lounge area furnished with a refrigerator and TV
10. Convenient area to park horse trailers or other equipment
11. Horses fed twice daily with top quality grain and alfalfa hay
12. Regular stall cleaning and re-bedding - Fresh shavings provided
13. Sunday group turnout for mares and geldings - Stallions have a
separate turnout lot
14. Located minutes from Pike Lake, Longs Retreat, Paint Creek,
and Bear Lake
